Parents can meet the teachers with prior appointment. We also schedule regular parent-teacher conferences during which we review and discuss children’s progress.
School transport is available. The charges vary as per the distance.
If your child is unwell s/he should be kept at home. Please telephone school to let us know why your child is absent. Send a medical fitness certificate along with your child.
Parents must either sew a name label into all clothing or write the child’s name in indelible ink. If an item goes missing your child must inform the class teacher and class teaching assistant and look in the lost property. We will do our utmost to find lost items but we are unable to provide a replacement.
Children should be in school by 8:30 a.m. Children will not be permitted in the school premises after 8:30 a.m. It is important to develop good habits by arriving punctually every day.
No there is no parking available for parents and carers. Please park your car away from the school gates. The area outside school become very congested and is then unsafe for children arriving and leaving school.
We would discourage parents from trying to talk to the teacher in the morning as they are busy preparing for the school day. We would advise you to speak to the teacher at the end of the day after all the children have been dismissed. We can also make appointments in the school office for parents to see the class teacher or another member of staff.
