Fit India School Week(25 Nov – 29 Nov)

Activities to be undertaken during the Fitness Week Celebration:

25 Nov – i) Morning Assembly – Yoga for all the students.

                 ii) Activities on fitness and nutrition for students.

26 Nov – i) Morning Assembly – Free Hand Exercise for all.

                 ii) Lecture on Mental Fitness Activities  by Eminent Speaker Ms. Shaneela Gharat Sports & Exercise

                     Psychologist M.Sc. in Sport and Exercise Psychology, Loughborough University, UK at 10.30 a.m. in the

                     School Assembly Hall.

27 Nov – i) Colour the picture competition from Std 1-4.

                ii) Poster making competition for Std. 5-10 on the theme ‘Fit Body-Fit Mind-Fit Environment.

28 Nov – i) Physical activity for all the students that include aerobics, dance, rope skipping etc.

                ii) Essay / Poem writing competition for the students of Std. 7-10 on theme ‘Fit India School’.

29 Nov – i) Fitness Quiz for all Students

                ii) Competition for Students in traditional/regional games like Pakda-Pakadi, Kho-Kho, Atya-Patya etc. to

                    celebrate the unity in diversity of our nation.
